1 Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. For our biweekly/monthly clients we leave brand new cleaning towels and a mop if you can just have washed and ready for the next visit (hygiene purposes). We appreciate using your vacuum if you have available, although we always have back up equipment with us if yours is unavailable.
2Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around you.
3What if I have pets in my home?
We love animals! We are used to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We ask that you have them in a kennel or confined in a specific area while we clean, if at all possible.
4When am I charged for the service and what form of payment is accepted?
After the cleaning has been completed. Cash, check, Venmo and Zelle work.
5 How soon must I cancel my appointment?
Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We do have a cancellation fee due to having to still pay the ladies. We highly appreciate knowing in advance to give us time to put other clients in that time slot.
